Anybody notice that the dead body we first see in Cheshire Cat's video is the harbormaster, Christopher Cullen? And that Cheshire Cat and Chris Cullen both have the same initials "C.C."? -

maybe, cc 'led' Robin to that house; -to give her the tape that shows that Brent was kidnapped and to bring attention to the Cullen resemblance
Saying this to say; cc's chosen moniker may be more of a clue in meaning than an easy identification of Andrew Cullen, Christopher Cullens only son? Who is also more likely to be the 'normal' shrimp delivery fella. Cole Harkin may have suffered vocal cord damage.
