  • I know Robin gasped and all that. I was just thinking that, if they care at all about anything, they will give some sort of explanation about things, right? So, if this whole last episode adds up to like 5 minutes, how would they do a sufficient wrap-up AND show Robin get out of her mess? What if they simply show us Robin still hanging there, and then go back through all the events that led up to her death, answering lingering questions in the process? Hmm.....something to think about.
  • What are you talking about crypitictruth Robin isn't dead
  • ok, here's my q.... do i want to go and view my final DVR'd episode OF HI before viewing the "message from robin" I just received..aka for the final week ?  Or watch the final week on here first before finishing the HI show...?
  • ya know, when I typed this I was still frustrated over the recent episode post... disturbing slighty... (especially when viewed in an empty house at like 2am...lol) and while I am and have been an AVID HI/HG fan, I have not been as die hard to remain online enough (thanks to a wonderful hospital visit -- tmi, I know) to read the hundreds of posts... and explore even more indepth... so I didnt know (like tons of others) that there was another episode coming... so some niceness would have been appreciated :)  That said... whatev.... I was just expressing my current feelings on the only threads that were showing onscreen at the moment...
  • AKA -- the "ya know " post is in response to my post made on the night of the HI finale.... (July 11/12th)....  just fyi...didnt realize it would post here without linking it to the previous post...

  • Sluggo, please watch your language.
  • Hey Sluggo!

If the stuff isn't working...there may be plumbing problems.  I suggest a big wooden spoonful of castor oil should smooth things up a bit.  Hope you'r e not too uncomfortable.

Can you face the consequences of your actions? Take responsibility for what you’ve done? School is almost over, Robin. Time for your Final Exam. Are you ready?

AndyCat.com: Hope

Daily Post - 6 of 7

    From Andycat.com:

Robin, by this time, all of my posts should have gone up. With any luck you read this blog, listened to it, understood it and took away from this the important things you needed.

If I am alive still, I hope that we are friends and have survived this scary time together. If I am not, I hope you are alive, safe and far away from Harper’s Island. I hope the real truth about this place, and all the bad stuff that went on here, has been revealed.

I hope that no more blood has been shed, and that we can finally start to heal from all of this. But mostly I hope that my Father can now rest in peace. That I may rest in peace.

And that justice has been served to the evil man who has brought such horror to this peaceful place I call home.

Thank you for listening to me, Robin. Good luck…

    Andy

Looks like the feline messages from beyond the grave have come to an end. The Cheshire Cat has left his last "meow". Hopefully for all involved, his voice was heard...

He’s right outside and he’s trying to kill me. Somebody please help me! Anybody!
My 6 year old head banged against the window as the car hit a bump. I jolted awake and moaned. Because I was awake, it would be much longer until we hit the beach. But then my eyes grew wide as I saw the sign. "Welcome to Ocean Island" the billboard said in curly letters.

As I saw the ocean below the horizon, I started jumping up and down in my seat. The rental van pulled up to my hotel. The family piled out and grabbed our belongings. We checked in and headed up to our room. I got changed the second I got to the bathroom. While everyone else put on their swimsuits, I studied the TV guide to learn all the channels. I was going to be there for a week, so why not brush up on the new channels? After my mom lathered me in sunscreen, we walked to the beach.

I yowled in pain as my feet touched the hot sand. My run to the water was like running across the sun. I let out a sigh of relief as the water cooled my feet. I saw my family far behind me, but my young child intuition told me that it was fine. I went underwater a few times and jumped the waves. I got a little worried, so I looked back. But everything I saw was unfamiliar. I started panicking as I couldn't see my family. Suddenly, I couldn't feel the ground.

As the tide came in, I was swept off my feet. At that moment, I saw my mother waving to me. The worried look on her face was the worst thing I ever saw. I started reminiscing about all the good times with my family. I paddled my little arms as fast as I could. I kicked with amazing force. Finally, I reached the sand. The familiar sand. Where all my family was waiting for me.

My family gave me the courage and strength to survive. If only the survivors on Harpers Island will have the same strength and courage. The power to survive.
Congratulations to user Matt, winner of the Tales of Survival CAP for the vivid recreation of his near drowning. If only Brent had had Matt's strength and fortitude, he might be alive today. Matt, please send the Site Admin a PM with your contact information so we can send you your shirt.

Here is your new Call To Action: Harper’s Globe and Island are wrapping up their exciting stories this week. Here is your chance to play prognosticator and guess the ending.

Write a blog or shoot a video about how you think each show will end. Whoever gets the closest to the actual endings, will win the prizes (the prizes being the bloody newspaper left on Sparky's body and the bloody videotape cover left on Cheshire Cat's body). This means there could conceivably be (and most likely will be) two winners, one for both Island and Globe.

For your predictions on Harper’s Island, you must submit before 5pm PST on Thursday, July 9th (before the Canadian broadcast). For Harper’s Globe, you must submit before 12 PST on Friday, July 10th (before Episode 15 goes live).

To submit, simply post your CAP to your profile, and then flag it as “Cool”. Also, make sure to announce your upload in the CAP: Harper’s – Guess The Ending thread, so that everyone can enjoy your work.

Good Guessing, Harpies!

Don’t you know by now that you can’t escape fate? That there is nowhere to go. Nowhere to run. It is foolish to think otherwise. But then, when do you ever stop and think? This will be your downfall.

The man in the shadows stays hidden because no one knows to notice him.

The man in the shadows stays hidden because no one looks at him.

The man in the shadows stays hidden because no one wants to see him.

The man in the shadows stays hidden because no one tries to find him.

The man in the shadows stays hidden because no one dares to call him out.

The man in the shadows stays hidden because no one understands why he hides.

The man in the shadows stays hidden because no one believes he is there.

But the man in the shadows IS there. In the shadows that are familiar to you and I.

He will only stay hidden for so long, Robin. And time is running out…

The cat is afraid of the shadows. Or maybe just his own. Has the Cheshire Cat gotten his fairytales confused? Or was he smarter than we knew... ?
