To follow the story of Harper’s Globe, simply visit the website and watch a new episode each week. New episodes will post to the Show page on Fridays at 2 PM PST, and if you sign up for an account you’ll receive email alerts every time a new episode is posted. It’s that simple. The weekly episode tells a complete story through a compilation of the videos, photos, and blogs posted by the characters to the website over the course of the week. The Show page does not live within the fictional universe of Harper’s Island and the characters in the television show and online show will not see any comments or content posted to this page. It’s just there to make it easy for you to follow the story!
Visit the website each day to view videos, photos, and blogs posted by the characters and to participate in the story as it unfolds. The character profile pages, News Archives page, The Island page, and the About page are all part of the fictional universe of Harper’s Island. These are the sections of the Harper’s Globe website that Robin and the characters online and on television can see and interact with. You can check out the characters’ profile pages, write on their boards, send them messages, and give them advice just like talking to one of your friends. These daily posts and interactive elements give you the opportunity to dig deeper into the character’s lives and to experience the journey as if it were your own. To get started, visit Robin’s profile and say hello!
The episodes and daily posts are just the beginning. Sign up to create your own profile page, upload photos and videos, write blogs, and make new friends. Get involved in the story by participating in the forum, hanging out in the chat room, and making your own videos. Finally, you can get to know the cast and crew on the Harper’s Globe profile page, which will be updated regularly with pictures, videos, and stories.
You can talk to the characters on their profile pages. The About page has an up-to-date list of characters with links to their profile pages. New characters will be featured as they become important to the plot. On Harper’s Globe, everyone is a character, even you.
Use the navigation tabs on the Show page to watch previous episodes. Each tab (e.g. E1, E2, E3) contains an episode and all of the daily posts from characters that were incorporated into the episode. The episode is always at the top in a red box, and the daily posts are in chronological order below in gray boxes.
